Candy Crush Soda Saga app doesn't start in Windows 10

Hi all, I am trying to play candy crush soda saga with the app in Windows 10 on a Toshiba Satellite notebook. After starting the app I can see the orange screen and the app seems to hang here. Can't solve the problem by rebooting the notebook or reinstalling the app. Can you please help me on that?

Please check the Device Manager in Win 10 for any updated drivers or for hardware issues.
Windows 10 apps doesn't really provide any error messages so it can be tricky to pinpoint where the issue is located.
Don't forget that you can also play Soda in your browser until you find a solution to the app issue.
