When I go to reset my password I can't click on submit email address because I get vertical and horizontal scroll bars. Try to click on submit but it won't let me because the scroll bars come up.

This sounds like a browser or PC issue to me, rather than a game issue. Can you post up a screenshot?
Maybe try a different browser and see what happens.
