The tab "quests" that has a star and a ribbon attached to it is not showing up on my new phone even

My new phone is connected. The quest tab on my old phone is located above the envelope tab and under the overview tab. On my new phone I don't have the "quests" tab at all. What do i do to get it? My new phone is connected to my Facebook as well and it is still only on my old phone. I also won bubblegum hill on my phone and I got my lollipops but not even one gold bar. I know I was still reigning because I was unable to play and once I could play I still never received any gold bars, only the lollipops.

Bubblegum Hill is not available for every player so it's possible that you just don't have it on your profile on your new phone. This is pretty normal with a lot of King promotions.
