Is my second time contacting you about this problem. The game automatically updated again which erased all my progress. I was on level 440 and I want it  restored back. The game won't even let me connect with Facebook. Which I have told you before.

If you can't connect to Facebook then this is why you cannot see your progress. The game has disconnected.
