i am unable to make in app purchases because it says candy crush soda wasnt purchased with this apple id. But i am the only user so am confused. If i uninstall and repurchase app surely i will lose my level 265. Also why cant it tell me the app id that purchased the game?

This is an iTunes/apple issue so you're better off asking this question on their site.
