Lostt all progress!
Hi there!
Suddenly any king app wanted to open (the original, soda or jelly candy crush) so I restarted my tablet and ALL of my progress was gone on soda!! I was on level 248 and it took me all the way to the beggining even with fb...
Can you please help me with this?

I have lost all levels from candy crush and candy crush soda when changing to a new phone but all levels are still on my old phone ,how do I get all my levels back on my new phone ?

Simply connect the game to Facebook on your old mobile device - this will sync all your progress.
Next step is to connect your new mobile device to Facebook. Just click on the blue button when Candy Crush Soda Saga starts and the sync will bring all levels, highscores and gold bars back to your new device.
