windows 10 app store game candy crush saga starts to load then closes for the past 2 weeks the other app games load fine no issues

I suggest you re-install Soda in Win10, reboot your computer, then re-install the game from here:

Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook before un-installing - this way you'll have an online backup of all your completed levels, gold bars and highscores.
