lost progress

I was on level 800+ and now on level 1 with no boosters.  I have emailed customer care whose only response is the link to this page.  How do I get my progress back.

Please i have the same problem  when i have been connected with Facebook to save my progress because i will change my tablett i lost all my progress  i was to the level 497  please help me
