What make and model Windows Phone do you exactly use and what version Windows software are you using?
All devices get old some day and their apps keep improving. My 2012 Android can't cope with them anymore. If your device is 3 to 4 years old or older then it's likely to happen.
I updated it ages ago its I haven't been able to play it for ages,just goes bk to home screen
