Missing gold bars

i stayed up thro the night to reign the bubble gum hill when it closed the last time. Today I received a message that I earned 80 plus gold bars. I clicked the collect button but the gold bars are not credited to my account. I feel so cheated and depressed . Can u pl help me get my gold bars back
