Game is crashing on loading my game

I have tried everything that has been suggested to fix the problem I am having when the game is loading up or has just started and i get kicked out or black screened out of the game.  I don't think that it is fair that you won't deal with my question directly and get fobbed off. Please can you help I have lost countless lives and used lots of the boosters and lost them all and don't think its fair that you won't do something about this
