Constant black screen and losing all power ups.

When I open the game and hit 'Play', app goes to a black screen and shuts down. When I re-open it, I have one less life and start from there. Last week I lost all of my power ups, when I tried logging out of FB and logging back in, to try and fix the reboot issue. I play on an iPad 2.

Please help, It took me quite a while to earn them all! Thanks!!

If it's a visual issue or if it's crashing then playing around with the Facebook connection isn't likely to change that. You may want to look for any game updates available in the store or even reinstalling the app should get it going again.

Happens to my iPad 2 too, since the last update. Wonderful customer care isn't it.
