2 emails synced

I had 2 accounts (so I could switch between them when I ran out of lives). I used 2 different emails and it always worked just fine. Until today. Now both accounts are showing the exact same thing. Same level, same good. N all the "special" things are completely gone. If I can't get my real progress back is there a way to just clear one of them completely n start it over?

Hi Crissi!

Did you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom?

I've seen other threads where boosters gets lost if there's an sync issue.

I suggest you only use one account in order to avoid further sync issues.

Can I delete my second account

Hi @Crissi, welcome to our community!  Are you playing the game through king.com or the Kingdom?  If so, those accounts cannot be deleted.  I had a second account and I had asked management once and they said that it can't be deleted.  If it's through Facebook, then you'd have to create a new Facebook account.

@Jeenoneill, those accounts through King cannot be deleted.
