Mystery Box

i stupidly purchased the bundle yesterday at 4.99 which should include a mystery box. This is the 3rd time I have purchased the same bundle and not received the mystery box. Why are you continuously falsely selling something that we don't receive, and why have you still not resolved this issue. Where is my mystery box and also I would like a refund.
