Went to connect to facebook, lost all my progress (nearly level 400)

Hi, my girlfriend used my phone and went to connect the Candy Crush progress to her facebook. Something happened and all the game data was deleted. I was connected via another email, as I was getting emails from King regularly, however, when I go to sign in with this email it's all gone as well. I am soooooo depressed as it had taken years of playing to get where I was (level 393 I think). PLEASE HELP!
