progress lost on candy crush soda saga

I have not changed my android phone, or settings, or anything, but have lost all progress on candy crush soda saga - I was on about level 427 - is it possible to re-set this? Progress was previously synched online but not logged in with facebook - have tried logging in through the kingdom again but still takes me back to level 1
