need to install/uninstall the app to fix it, can't sync, don't want to lose progress

I have 400 levels of progress, but it can't load to the sync page without crashing. Last time this happened, I was on level 180 and just played back to it. I'm not doing that to level 400 Is there any way to save the progress or recover from outside of the app?

I've seen other people private message to help retrieve progress? Help?

So it's crashing on you when loading the Facebook sign in browser pop up or do you log in through the FB app? As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook before, your progress should be fine. The best way to check is to load the game directly on Facebook and see what level you appear on there, it will be the level at which you were last synced at.

I had never synced it before the crash problems started. That's the problem
