Candy crush soda saga - progress lost

hi,I was playing candy crush soda saga on my Samsung phone and was somewhere in the world "candycane slopes" (i dont remember the exact level.) Randomly and without triggering anything my whole progress is gone and i can only start back at level 1. Please help, my ticket-id is 3430368 in case its important (i have an iPhone now btw, but my game crashed back on my Samsung)
