I have a black screen after the game loads

the goes black after it loads and i have done the steps it says in troubleshooting but it stays black

Try this using this link, was suggested by a moderator in a similar question posted a while ago: https://apps.facebook.com/candycrushsoda/?forceSoftware=true 

If you've got Windows 10 though, go to the Windows store and download it instead, much better than running the game through a browser.
