How do I transfer my candy crush and level to another device, the game keeps crashing on my iPad 2

Most likely you already played connected to a Facebook or a Kingdom account, setup with an email account.

Just sign up to your account again on a PC or another device and synchronize. It will bring you back to where you last left when you were connected to your account.
