I play Candy crush soda on my 6 month old Windows 10 PC
I play Candy crush soda on my 6 month old PC - which is completly up to date but in the last two days the game opens then crashes when you press play.
I've updated the app in the app store, my flash is up to date - I'm at a loss and I've just made level 100.
The PC isn't used for anything as I use the Cloud at work

Have you tried playing the game on King.com? I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well.
I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.

If you currently have the game connected to Facebook then just follow my previous steps - this way you'll sync all your progress to King.com
If Jelly Saga has the same issue then it might be a driver issue. I suggest you check for updated drivers in Device Manager in Win 10.
