Where did my purchased boosters go??

Shortly after making a purchase I had to replace my phone.  When I resigned into CCS my boosters & lives sent from my friends were all gone.  If CCS isn't going to honor my purchase, then please advise when I can expect a full refund.  The only response KING Care sends is:  "they are looking into it and will get back to me shortly".  Refund or Items King Care, it's not that difficult.
