I just completed level 124 using 10 gold bars for the 5 extra moves. Game froze and when I go back in, I am back at level 124 and my total gold bars are still 10 less.

On Facebook you can dispute any purchase made, you just need to go to the payments section from your general account settings, select the purchase in question and hit "dispute".
