lost progress (Quests+Boosters)

I connected my Candy Crush Soda app with King to play on my new mobil.

The level is syncronised, but I lost all the Boosters, special candys I connected.

Also the Quest progress is lost.

Can you please help so I can go on playing.

They're not lost, they just don't transfer and will remain where they were collected until used. The only time you can transfer booster is if they were purchased and you provide receipts for them.
