since the latest update on windows phone, I cannot load a level on candy crush soda sage without it crashing. When will this be fixed?

Well if you have your progress synced to Facebook or Kingdom you can always try to reinstall the game. Also making sure you have enough free memory available is a good idea, 1gb minimum is ideal.
