Why are there questions  with no answers  ,so what is the point of people asking anything if no one gets any response

Hi Amy- Thanks for posting on King Care. Welcome to the community.  

This is a place where players can ask questions and help each other. We have some troubleshooting videos, guides on how to pass the trickier levels and we are all here to support the community. 

We also have a team of great Superusers who have some specialist knowledge of the games.  We (the moderators) are also here to moderate and help out when we can. 

We cannot always answer every single question due to the volume that we receive but we always do our best.
