Candy Crush Soda not loading

Samsung J7 Prime, OS Android 6.0.1, Candy Crush Soda v1.82.9 installed from the Play Store months ago.  OS, all apps up to date.  Won't load, orange screen, error message "Candy Crush Soda has stopped", black screen.  Tried:  Force stop and reload, clear cache, clear FB cache, changed all app settings game and FB one by one, phone reboot, disconnect/reconnect from FB, several "fixes" from web.  Nada, zippo...game just will not load, Candy Crush Saga is fine.  I am at level 350+, I do NOT want to lose progress or boosters earned.  HELP!!!!!
