Lose my game progress

I want to connect Facebook when I play games half.

But I lose my original progress

Facebook had not connect the other progress before.

What should I do now??

"when I play half." means the progress is almost more than 1000 levels.I entry the level ,under the level information has a Facebook connect buttom, I click it then the progress suddenly disappear ,I even know what happened.I just want to know if any way can get it back.Or the progress just disappeared
