No boosters for Bubblegum Kingdom

I played the Bubblegum Kingdom challenge last night and passed all of the levels with one life.  You are supposed to get 6 lollipop hammers, 1 hour of free play and gold bars will accumulate until someone else takes the crown.  I received no lollipop hammers or gold bars.  Help!
