Why am I not receiving my gifts when I reach a level with a gift box. I have reached 1360 and 1362,

I have reached level 1360 yesterday, gift box didn't open.  1362, today, gift box didn't open.  WHY?

Mine has been doing the same exact thing with the same exact levels. Would love to know the answer as well. I also lost all the candys that I got from those gifts, and my little icon is stuck on level 1,020. Weird...
