I am not receiving time rewards even though I'm passing the levels required. How do I reclaim them?

I've passed levels 162, 166 and 172 which were all promised 2 hour time rewards, I'm not receiving them even though I have received all the other rewards along the way until now?  Even after replaying each one two and three times, the time reward is not applied.  How do I reclaim them?

Could you please post a screenshot from your game to show the promotion that you are playing. Then I can look into this for you.
