Can't collect gift boxes when pass a level :-)

so frustrating! I have reinstalled the game, logged in and out of Facebook but still won't fix it. Also not receiving lives from other people. Please help!!

Fix it, King!

I have been trying to reach someone for 4 months now. Does anyone ever look at Tect support? You have people over a year complaining about NOT getting gift boxes. Or the Rainbow road. Myself included. Things seem to go wrong in the 500 600 level. I get my stars, avatar follows me. But no gift boxes. I'm stuck on 868 because I have no boosters. I'm behind 46 lollipops, countless bombs

I have this question too! Gift boxes between level 692 till 733 will not open. Please help me fix This! I do not receive bonusses and my scores do not add up correctly. Because of that I am not even good enough anymore to play in the players devision! When opening Candy Crush my game starts at level 692 eventhough I am ready playing 733

Did you ever get it fixed? I'm stuck at 868. No boosters no nothing.

It seem the problem is in the 500, 600 levels with many people.

I got nothing The game owes me over countless times with the bombs and 46 lollipops! Can't someone put the lollipops in while I'm waiting for it to be fixed?

I sent a notice got flagged as duplicate and my boxes disappeared. I had also gone back and found a level with No stars and had played it and gotten stars around the same time. I never got any of the bonuses of the boxes. They just disappeared. I've since gotten a few so it reset but got none of the frozen ones.

My stars are all there no avatar Still not getting boxes or rainbow road.

Replaying the level passed that had no stars has worked to reset the multiplier for the contest, but it would be nice to get the boxes. I had reinstalled the game and lost all my boosters.

I can't find my avatar back when. I tried looking for it on level 300-600 to hopefully fix the problem. Now I'm stuck at 800 level because I haven't been getting my boosters from Rainbow road or gift boxes.

I haven't got mine since in the 600's I notice at 720 that I was up to 11 lollipops. i'm at 861.I lost 45 lollipops, countless color bombs, and stuck at this level because I don't get boosters. Plus I'm not getting the gifts from the Rainbow road or when i get a gold pin. I see others are having the same problem over a year ago and it still is there Frustrating!!! .

Wow! me too. I'm up to 34 lollipops countless time loss on color bombs. Now not getting my Rainbow gifts. I'm stuck on 814 for days because I don't have any boosters. Chicken Slayer was nice enough to help and get me some gold bars. But why not add my lollipops too? Or my time I lost. Does someone here know how to fix this? thanks.

I have the same problem for over 6 months now and I can’t collect the gifts starting with 1330 level. Updated the game so many time but still the problem is there and no one want to help me I have been asking for help so many time on this forum but was ignored !!!

I understand others got theirs solved. But I haven't either.

This issue has not been resolved as I am still having an issue with it. King needs to re-evaluate and actually fix the problem.

Seeing as how many players have this problem even after several updates it is a problem not so easy to fix?

You are not the only one. I have been asking for 3 months. Now I'm letting everyone know. I'm at 799. Still haven't been getting my gifts. I'm owed 31 lollipops 31 color changing bombs and countless time. This is crazy.

I have been talking to Chicken Slayer. He/she has help and has been patience but enough is enough. As of now this GAME Candy Crush soda sage owes me 31 lollipops over 6 hours in time and 31 color changing balls. It was freezing skipping. I reset, upgrade but no avail. Others had their fixed but not me. They gave me some gold bars to help. But EVERYONE knows you need your lollipops for the chocolate!!!! I don't understand what is going on or why I have been singled out. But I really would like my boosters! Thank you!!!

The update did not fix it for me, the problem continues. My avatar shows on a level I've passed long ago and the gift boxes remain closed. Seriously, King. This issue has been reported 2 weeks ago and when you finally release an update to fix it... it doesn't. This is frustrating.

Hello. I'm so fed upI don't know what to do. But let everyone know about this game. 3 months now I have been having trouble getting my gifts. I have been talking to Chicken Slayer. Apparently the update didn't hold as it has been 9 months and it still has not rectified the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The problem remains

We have noticed that the avatar is not moving correctly for some players this is why the gifts are not being received. We are looking into this. Thanks!

Levels 830, 834 & 840, same issue, gifts are not opening. I went back & beat 830 & 834 again but they still have not open...thx

It's so agrivating that they only say they are looking into it! It's obvious that it is a King issue and not user/device issue. I've won 4 out of the 5 gift boxes and haven't received one booster.

Not getting reward for candy crush soda levels 1001 and 1005I reached and played levels 1001 and 1005 and am now on level 1007, but I don't think I received the reward, and each time I start the game, it puts me at level 1000. Have you checked to Make sure you got stars on level 1000? That happened to me to and once I played the level again and got stars the old boxes disappeared but now I've gotten new ones on higher levels. Try it good luck!

I solved one problem by looking for the level I had passed without gaining any stars, went back and played it, and now my avatar is on the correct level. But the 5 gift boxes that I hadn't received then disappeared.

I did that too. I started missing gift boxes at 962 and played till 999. After seeing the comments here, I went back and saw that 960 had no stars and my Avatar was stuck there. Apparently I had moved on without clearing that level but didn't realise it (there is a bug, King). I cleared 962 with stars and my Avatar was restored back to 999. I managed to claim the next gift box but the previous unclaimed gift boxes on cleared levels were lost :(Any compensation for helping you debug the game, King?

I did what everyone was saying about playing the last level that didn't get stars .but it doesn't solve why I didn't get my prize boxes with the 3levels that I passed. king care team should've done some thing for us to resolve this .no??!!

We have noticed that the avatar for some players is not moving correctly, we are looking into this and we hope to have things resolved for the next update. Thanks!

Gift boxes will not open levels 944 and 948. Been 3 weeks. King does nothing but send automated replies to visit this site. I think if we stopped playing their Games. They may take notice and do something about it. I reinstalled App and lost all my boosters. Wake up King.We are your supporters.....fix the issue.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
