Loss of Daily Bonus in Candy Crush Soda Saga

This is the third time I've lost access to the daily log-in bonus after the app has been updated. The 1st time I had received bonuses for over 100 days, the 2nd time, I had received bonuses for over 42 days. Even if I have to start over at Day 1 again, I'd like to begin receiving the daily log-in bonus again, if possible.

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
