lost gift boxes/ no infinity play or boosters

Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)I have unlocked 5 levels where I should have received gift boxes with infinity play and boosters yet they won't open. I have tried updating, restarting, beating the level again and it still doesn't work. This is very frustrating, please .help
