Why am I not receiving my prizes?
Trying to reply to Mr. Mark Hawk but did not see an option for a reply within his message ... I have passed levels 506, 510, 516, 524 and 534 in Candy Crush Soda Saga and have not received any of the prizes earned for completing those levels. I put considerable money into this game so someone please help. I was asked for my game ID: 1570120811. My email is tralusaez@gmail.com. I play the game on my mobile. Thank you

Hi Tralusaez,
This website can be tricky and you'll be able to see the reply but it won't give you the option if you're not logged in. Also once logged in scroll to the bottom of his answer and a reply option should pop up sometimes it takes a minute to load.
