I am unlocking the levels, but my Facebook players is not advancing.

When I unlock and win the level, my player isn't advancing, and when I unlock a level with a bonus time slot, I am not getting awarded the time. After uninstalling and reinstalling I have now lost the extras that I paid for. Frustrating.
