Loss of rewards on updates

Last update my daily bonus was reset from around 200 days to one.  This update I lost about 24hrs of unlimited lives, including the 2 I'd just earned.  What is the point of earning stuff that you're just going to take away?  Can I have back what I earned please? Getting to dread updates.

I have been shown to restart 3 times now I get close to 12-15 days and then kicked all the way back to one.. I have tried to save all my rewards... and they are gone too.. can someone help please!!!!!
