Loss of lives

Sorry, but this is a "duplicate" question. I asked 5 days ago about loss of unlimited lives after apparent update. Leo sent me a message and I answered it immediately. However, I've heard nothing back. How long does it take to get a problem resolved and could someone please help me. I play every day and the loss of lives is very disturbing. Seems a lot of people are having same problem. Would someone please help me? Thanks!

Did you get a message from Leo possibly? It would indicate you have a message on the envelope in the upper right corner on this page. In the meantime I'll try to get Leo to respond to you.
