I have been on level 1087 when accidentally got connected to fb. When I connected, I went back to level one. How can i get my progress back?

How can i get my progress...i lose my fb...i cant open it...that fb save my all progress..and wen i connect it to my new one...it is go bact to level 1...pls answer
