I purchased an item that cost $29.00 within the game; then it crashed. I lost some of my boosters.

I was playing Candy Crush Soda Saga, made a purchase and returned to the game. It crashed, and the boosters I was playing with were lost. I opened the app again, it crashed.I reinstalled the app, it crashed again. Please help. It is an app on my PC.
