On Android Samsung Galaxy 5: I have passed levels 1009, 1103, 1109, and 1117 without receiving the promised time bonuses. In fact, they still say 'Unlock this level and receive 2 hour bonus' , but they have been unlocked.

I have now passed 1127, and still no rewards or time bonuses. The alerts for bonuses are still active on each level, but act as though the level has not been unlocked.
