Got my wife a different phone, backed up her old phone's data to computer, restored data to new phone.  When I opened Candy Crush Soda Saga it was at level 1.  I knew she'd freak out because she was like on level 801.  Then I thought "oh I just need to login to Facebook and she'll have all her progress back!"  But then when I logged into Facebook and tried to play, level 1 still...

Reset your cache and it worked for me Mac Safari 10.1

Once cleared then i needed to move back to level 1036 which is different in this format to a button per level instead of the scroll on the old format.
