I been haveing issues with candy crush soda for over a week now

candy  crush  soda   loads  slow  then  after  loading  its  blue  with   a  square  jam  has  been  this  way  for  over  a  week  now  i  have  no  problems  with  candy  crush  it  loads  and   i  can  play  it   how  come  king  care  cant  fix  this  issue   this  is  bull  shit   fix  the  dame  thing
