Candy Crush Soda level reset

Is there something that needs done to get back to my level? I was at 673 then reset to level 1. Scrolled through the levels but when I try to play it is just a blank screen. Nothing shows up but the game tells me moves to make but no candies or bottles appear. I play this game through facebook on my desktop. Other King games are working fine. Thank you
