Level 1683

So, as I've spent too many $$$ on this game, I am most annoyed by the $$$ I've spent on 1683!  Blew a fair amount trying to pass this level, and to no avail, when u get to last bottle...crash, UGA, steal $$$$$$.  When will that be reimbursed and when will level be fixed????  Signed...idiot who's tried 5+ times and always "crashes " after 10 bottles, when goal is 11!!!!!
