I couldn't get rewards

Rewards

I have completed several levels 360, 361,,, and 375 and i was unable to collect the rewards and the boxes never opened. There are few boxes between those levels but never opened. Thing is the image of boxes still there. I'm now on level 375 but if I reopen the app it shows me on level 360. I think since when I was on level 360 something's broken. Plz fix this. Thanks!
