Cannot collect gold bar rewards in bubble gum hill. This makes the fourth time. Frustrated

Over the last 45 days when I reach the top of bubble gum hill I do not collect any gold bars. I come back to the game and it's like I never played. I feel Frustrated.. I've been playing this game for a while now, every day. Thank you for looking into it. Grace
