I didn't get my mission completed prize on my mobile..

My ID  is 1025992983 and I am playing on mobile..Before, I was getting prizes when I completed the mission,such as getting 30 wrapped up candies,it gives you a striped candy stick but lately the ''take the prize button'' does not work! 2 of the mission are completed but I cannot collect my prizes because the button for taking the prize does not work..How can this be fixed?? Please answer....
