Not getting moves

1. Why am I not getting moves to complete the games (3 Star)? You have show how level 13 gets 3 star but I have not seen the games getting 3 star easily. Why?

2. Cant this game be played on the PC based on windows 10. I have been playing on the same.

The number of stars you get on a level will depend on the number of points you achieve on the level.
