my grandmother play candy crush on het ipad now she got a new one when i log in on facebook everithing is gone from level 520 to level 1 so she is not very happy she play 3 years for that is their a solution for that problem

I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account.
